Return and Refund Policy
At TechVibes, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of our NFC Digital Business Card. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your order.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including a return shipping label. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.
Non-refundable items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 7 days have gone by since your purchase.
- Customized Cards (such as Name, Designation, Company Name, Logo engraved)
- Any kind of damage due to accident, misuse, or abnormal use of TechVibes Card by the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team at techvibesbd@gmail.com or +8801906906000 . We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item, including a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship your new item to you.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at techvibesbd@gmail.com or +8801906906000 within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange. We will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at techvibesbd@gmail.com or +8801906906000 as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you may still return it for a refund or exchange.
Note – Once an order is confirmed with a 50% payment, the payment is non-refundable in any case.
Any design changes must be made before the order is confirmed, as we are unable to make any changes once the orders have been sent for printing.
